Inner Game
Inner game= complete assurance of ones own being and reality

What does this mean exactly, it means no fear. You are in control of your own reality and you will take whats rightfully yours. You are scared of no woman because you know that your inner assurance and confidence are too strong to stop you from anything that you truly desire.
You are confident within yourself and your ability to seduce.

You are comfortable with yourself and your surroundings at all times. You are always comfortable and relaxed around any woman, and you can handle her tests with ease. You know any woman is lucky to be with you, and rightfully so she must prove her worthiness.

You know that there will be obstacles on your path to success. You will do your best to overcome them and become stronger and wiser in the process of doing so. Every experience either positive or negative can be learned from and only will make you stronger.

Your outside is that of a clean cut, stylish player but you inside has the strength and power of a silver-back gorilla. You are the alpha in all situations, and how you carry yourself shows this. Every human being respects someone who is confident and self assured.

You are not emotionally affected by a woman, just indifferent. You live your life the way you want and she is along for the ride. If she causes too many bumps in the roadway you will push her out of the car (figuratively of course).

Your inner game in the foundation and core of seduction, it is the nucleus to which all "game" revolves. Without the foundation and nucleus all else will perish and crumble.

TIP- To have truly strong inner game, you must be completely happy with your life, besides women. Someone with strong inner game dominates all aspects of life not just women. They take whats rightfully theirs in life, whether it be a good education, or a good job. Of course you can get a woman without these things, but being happy with your life will only strengthen your inner game and the girls attraction towards you.

Outer Game
Attraction= escalation and then withdrawing validation

Outer game is all about balance. If you give too much you must take away. Every time you compliment a woman you give them power and value. This is necessary to create attraction. The woman must have some value in your eyes. Your key in creating attraction is to give them value and compliment them, but then to take away value, by teasing or negging them.

When you compliment you should Flatter the girl with something specific and unique. Then to create attraction you need to withdraw the validation by teasing or negging her, She will then need to feel validated again by chasing you and showing indicators of interest. When she IoI's you call her out on it, like "are you flirting with me?" this shows she is chasing you and makes her more attracted. You must always maintain a higher value than her. You cannot do this by downright insulting them or by being a jerk.

What you say should be relative to the situation, if her value is becoming higher in a conversation a simple tease will bring yours back up. You also can show you have a higher value, be funny, and establish comfort at the same time. You do this by first negging her then telling a funny embarrassing story of yourself that relates to the neg. Every time you show vulnerability it builds comfort. Everything is playful and carefree, like you are amusing yourself and she means very little to you.

You must see her value relative to yours and maintain a higher value. If a woman is super attractive you know that her value is super high. So you must pour more value into your cup because hers is already almost full. The more attractive the more the woman's perceived value will be.

In an interaction with a woman a huge part of the conversation is her getting to know your value. Women are attracted to men that have equal or higher value to them. You must show you value. You can do this by showing you social value by talking about what you do with your friends and how much fun you have, and how you act alpha in certain scenarios.

Be interesting and funny. She thinks this guy is fun and likes to have a good time. Over exaggerate things to be funny. Correlate things in your environment with current events in a funny way. Also read books on how to be funny, and watch comedies. Be funny once in awhile when you know it will be effective.

After attraction is established by you withdrawing validation, you then must screen her. Every high value guy does this. You must show that your interested, but need to get to know if shes up to your standards. So you ask her if she has a job, what she does that's interesting etc. When you screen her this shows her that you are high value.

Screening is a way for the girl to qualify herself to you. This is good it shows you have higher value. Negs are another way to get the girl to qualify herself to you. Whenever you can get her to do this it is good.

Then you must establish some trust by building rapport and similarities with the chick. You still must be fun and tease when the opportunity arises. When you feel you have established enough comfort you can switch back to attraction and start using kino.

Kino is one of the most important aspects of outer game. It lets the girl know you are sexually attracted and comfortable with her. You must find ways to escalate kino. Find an excuse you can to touch her and escalate kino, or just do it and make it natural.

If you want her to show you Interst and chase you escalate kino then withdraw validation. For example hold her hand and then be like "OK no hand holding this early." Or if she hugs you be like "wow your just all over me aren't you." You create attraction buy first touching then you get her even more attracted by withdrawing validation. Don't do this constantly just a couple times, once you know you have her attracted you can continually escalate. Gradual escalation is key. Start with hands and lower back. Then the legs then kissing etc.

Don't just share boring information with the girl. Sit and write down interesting questions to ask to screen her, and think of fun stories that make her think you have a fun and exciting life. Also talk about things in your environment. Don't be like every other guy and share information. Be different!

Girls are interested in things like palm reading, the supernatural and astrology. Cold reads are effective in creating attraction and this is where you can use things such as astrology and palm reading. Cold reading is all about telling the girl something about her with limited knowledge.

Be in control. Never give the girl exactly what she asks for. If she ever asks you to do something the best thing to say is no. Maintain control and do what you want. Take her where you want to eat, sit where you want. Go out when you want to. Make plans when your free. Get the idea? You have a busy life and have a girl in it when you have the time.
