Body Language and Attraction

The fundamentals of attraction are body language.  Body language and attraction go hand in hand.  You could spit some of the best game known to mankind, but if your body language is poor then you are simply wasting your breath.  If your verbal game is that of someone who is confident, and someone who gets a lot of women your body language also has to follow, or you will be incongruent. 

With body language and attraction, being incongruent with what you say and how you carry yourself is bad.  Being incongruent is bad because a girl will see right through you and know you’re not the man you come off to be.  Your body language must be confident to match your verbal game, although this also can work in reverse.  You can have great body language but have verbal game that is incongruent with that.  So make sure to have your body language on point, and your verbal game to match.

Body Language and Attraction are two of the most important things when it comes to meeting women.  Most of your communication is nonverbal, remember that your body language and your voice tonality are just as important as what you say.  You need the type of body language to create attraction, the type of body language that says I'm a confident and powerful man.

Why are body language and attraction so related?

It speaks louder and stronger than any words ever will.  Your body language defines what kind of man you are.  A proud, strong, self-dignified man will possess great body language to prove it.  A beta, nervous, worried man will respectively show weak body language.  Body language is like an unconscious thing for most guys, and it tells a lot about the man you are.  Girls don't consciously notice a guy just because of his body language, they wont go "He has got great body language" they'll just be like "Wow he’s hot" so you can see how body language and attraction are very related.

Body language is the first thing that our sub-conscious mind picks up on before we even speak to another person.  You can tell what type of person they are, just by examining them from afar.  This is why body language and attraction are so related and important.  Next time you go out of the house, look at people and simply observe their body language.  When you see a normal guy think would that type of body language create attraction in a woman?  Most of the time the answer is no.  You can tell a lot about someone just by observing their body language; you can tell if someone’s confident, if someone is insecure, if someone is shy, if someone is embarrassed about their height, and the list goes on.  Now I’m going to talk a bit about bad body language for creating attraction.

Poor Body Language:


·   Head down - Shows signs of insecurity, lack of confidence.

·   Shoulders slumped forward - Shows lack of strength, weakness.

·  Fidgeting - Twiddling the thumbs, scratching the back of the head (and other parts of the body), playing with clothing, shaking one leg etc. all show signs of insecurity.

·   Folding arms - Shows signs that you are uncomfortable, insecure.

·   Feet close together - Don't be afraid to take up space. Women stand with their feet close together, not men. Give your 'package' room to breathe!

·   Shifty eyes - Stop looking around all the time, especially when talking to another person.

·   Hands in front pockets - Can show you are insecure and uncomfortable. Keep your hands out of there at all times.

·   Walking too fast - Walking fast makes you look like you are in a hurry. It's not a race. Slow down and walk with confidence.

Body language and attraction is based a ton on just having rock solid confidence in yourself.  It's the first stepping-stone in any pickup.  If you approach her feeling really nervous and scared, your body language will often follow suit.  Try and work on making sure your body language is spot on, it will make the pickup that much easier.  Stand up straighter, keep your head up, and look people in the eyes.  This will say a lot of good things about you.  I hope that gave you a lot of insight about body language and attraction.  Be the confident alpha male you know you have inside you.  Take my word for it.  Try it for yourself!  Watch the heads turn.
