How to Have your First Kiss

Having your first kiss is easier than you may think.  Most guys that are inexperienced all have the same problem.  They are bad at physical escalation with a girl.  The lack of experience means you have no skill at how to have your first kiss.  Guys will date a girl for weeks sometimes and are to scared to initiate a kiss.  They make the kiss a big deal since they never have done it before, and are afraid to do it because they have lack of reference experience. 

When you have no experience you don't know how have your first kiss.  Also they never touch the girl before hand making the kiss feel forced and unnatural when it does happen.  It feels forced because of the jump in physical escalation, without even touching her most guys will go in for the kiss, this makes it a big deal and feel forced.  In order to initiate your first kiss you have to first have the girl be comfortable and attracted to you.  Touching in itself can initiate comfort and attraction.  

You then need to escalate physically by touching her, your touch should have a natural physical progression.  It starts from the hands to the shoulder area, then the legs, then the lower back or stomach, then the face or hair.  After she is comfortable with you first touching her in these areas you can then go in for the kiss.  The most important thing when is comes to how to have your first kiss, is learning the physical progression before the kiss.

Now how to have your first kiss?  There are different ways to initiate this. Remember you have already had to touch her before, you can tell by how she reacts if she’s comfortable with your touching.  If she doesn’t move away, If she naturally gives you close physical proximity, If you touch her and she touches back these are all indicators she’s into and it should no longer be a question of how to have your first kiss because it will be easy.

Most guys are way too timid with touch, your goal should actually be to have her reject your advances rather than you being too scared to physically escalate.  Her rejecting your physical advances is actually a good thing it shows that you’re a man that goes for what he wants.  Make sure she’s shows some form of mild interest though before you do escalate.

Now this is how to have your first kiss.  When she is comfortable with your touch and responding positively to you, there are different ways to initiate the kiss.  You can put your finger under her chin and guide her lips to yours.  Your can do the triangular gaze where you look in her eyes then at her lips, if she doesn’t move away and looks back go in for the kiss.  You also can ask her "Do you want to kiss me?"  if she says yes do it, if she says maybe say "well find out" and kiss her, if she says no say "I didn't say you could.  Now you know how to have your first kiss!
